Trump trolls, and the world rolls
No, I’m not trolling here. If you look at the large picture, Donald Trump might be responsible for the biggest change in America in our lifetime. He is providing the spring jump to a major mandate in recent times. His vicious vitriol, combined with a social depression after COVID-19, might catapult us into some great times. Buckel up!
When you walk around so many cities in the US, you notice one thing immediately: boarded-up stores, homeless encampments, and a sense that the town is dead. And you are not wrong—the town is dead. And this situation plays an important role in people’s psyche. People go into a kind of mental hibernation. They wait for things to change, and in this period of recess, there is a world of rejuvenation that is building up, just waiting for an opportunity to explore.
And to complement this time of retraction, we have almost eight years of Donald Trump’s speech. What is most remarkable about this man is that he is an extremely lonely individual who lives in an absolute universe where the only person who exists is Donald Trump. An amazing individual who is one hundred percent incapable of feeling any empathy for anyone. But yet a man with an extraordinary charisma who was able to sell his pathological narcissistic personality to millions. But this is all coming to an end.
Simply because it is unsustainable, you can fool people for some time, but eventually, the bubble bursts. Reality has many ways to sink back in; it seeps through the walls, and everything must return to its original form and shape. In the United States, speed is everything. Nothing moves slowly here. In this case, it couldn't be soon enough.
Culminating with the peak of Trump trolls overload we had a sudden change in the weather. A bold, vibrant woman enters the scene and creates the rarest and most desirable phenomenon in politics — real enthusiasm. One thing can be said: there is nothing more powerful than enthusiasm. When it is takes over millions of people, it will move mountains like they are cupcakes on a tabletop. Once the momentum is started, it is like an avalanche: the only thing you can do is get out of the way.
Real enthusiasm is not a lie or something that people put themselves into when thy want to feel better. Real enthusiasm is propelled by a real necessity to change in a collective way. It is propelled by a vision that something has been wrong and needs to be changed. After a long period of waiting followed by a perception that nothing will change, it suddenly appears, and it’s near and can be grasped. We are there folks.
Enthusiasm is what will also bring people back to downtown because they want to share it with others. Because, unlike Donald Trump’s universe, the other side is populated with people, lots of people. This will undoubtedly bring us to a certain head of the road, which is called — a mandate.
In representative democracies, a mandate is a perceived legitimacy to rule through popular support. Mandates have the power to change the status quo beyond regular daily bread-and-butter politics radically. Great changes can be accomplished under a real mandate. If enough people vote for Kamala, the large number of votes will all point to a major mandate.
Many question whether Kamala and Tim can keep the moment going, but I think we should look at it in a different way: Can anyone stop this avalanche created by a moment when millions of voters need and want change? I don’t think so. This is a very unique moment indeed.
It is a moment created in part by the energy generated by years of mental repression, all generated by the slimy bottom of Donald Trump’s sick mind. The explosive energy we see in the country right now had to be created by an equal opposite force of repression, fear, and paralysis. And that is why we have a lot to thank Donald Trump. What goes down must come up
